Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website and Internet use. Newsletter.

As an additional service we offer you our newsletter. If you would like to receive the newsletter, we need a valid e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the given e-mail address or that the owner agrees to receive the newsletter. Further data will not be collected. The data will only be used for sending the newsletter and invitations to our events.

With the newsletter we inform you about us and our offers. We use the so-called double opt-in method. Only if you explicitly confirm that you want to receive the newsletter, we will send you an activation e-mail. By clicking on the link contained in the e-mail you confirm that you agree to receive our newsletter.

With your registration for the newsletter we save your IP address and the date of registration. You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address as well as their use for sending the newsletter at any time. The revocation can take place via a link in the newsletter or by communication to the above contact possibility.

After registration MailChimp sends you an e-mail to confirm your registration. Furthermore MailChimp offers different analysis possibilities about how the sent newsletters are opened and used, e.g. to how many users an e-mail was sent, whether e-mails were rejected and whether users have unsubscribed from the list after receiving an e-mail. However, these analyses are only group-related and are not used by us for individual evaluation. MailChimp also uses the analysis tool Google Analytics from Google, Inc and may include it in its newsletters. Further details on Google Analytics can be found in this data protection statement under "Google Analytics".

Further information on data protection at MailChimp can be found at: http://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/.

Integration of third-party services and content.

It may happen that third party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated within this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third party providers") are aware of the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the display of this content. We make every effort to use only those contents whose respective providers use the IP address only for the delivery of the contents. However, we have no influence on this if the third party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. As far as we know, we inform the users about this.

For the dispatch of invitations and for the advertising of our events we use the provider Eventbrite as contract processor. If you register as a consumer for an event, it processes your personal data on our behalf (e.g. when sending announcements, confirmation and feedback e-mails, during payment processing, etc.) and to support the event organisation as well as in determining the target group and measuring the success of our events and our event planning (e.g. as part of analysis reports to determine the effectiveness of various sales channels, etc.). In such cases, Eventbrite merely provides the "tools" for us as organizers, but does not decide what personal data is requested on registration forms, and is not responsible for ensuring that the personal data provided is accurate at all times.

Eventbrite has agreed to process personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill Eventbrite's obligations under the Agreement and for no other purpose.

All questions you have regarding your personal data and your data protection rights can be directed at any time to us as the organizer and thus to the persons responsible.

When users interact with the plugins, for example by pressing the Like button or making a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. If a user is not a member of Facebook, it is still possible for Facebook to obtain and store their IP address. According to Facebook, only an anonymized IP address is stored in Germany.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as the relevant rights and setting options for the protection of users' privacy, can be found in Facebook's data protection information: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

If a user is a Facebook member and does not want Facebook to use this offer to collect data about him or her and link it to his or her membership data stored on Facebook, he or she must log out of Facebook before visiting the website.
